I love using the model Embodiment,Projection, Role EPR (Jennings) as part of my practice. The model works alongside developmental milestones of childhood. Each stage can be linked to trauma or an area that may need more time to be processed. By using EPR, we can work in a non directive approach with dramatic techniques such as tactile textures, sandtray small world play and creating characters in role-plays.
I like to use nature as part of my therapeutic practice, using permaculture techniques, ecology and shamanic rituals as part of my outdoor work. I also am a trained Reiki master level 3 and incorporate this into some of my mindfulness work.
